Instructions: Severely Damaged Hair- add 3-4 full droppers (depending on length) to ends of hair. Leave overnight. Wash. Do this 3 or more times per week until improvement is shown.
Mildly damaged or maintenance- add 2 full droppers to ends of hair. Leave overnight. Wash. Do this 1-2 times weekly until improvement is shown.
