DIY Elderberry Syrup
Combine Elderberries and 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Let simmer for about a 1/2 hour. Turn the burner to low & add spice packet. Stir then let it sit on low for an hour.
Remove from heat strain through milk filter. Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of raw honey to taste. Stir until honey is dissolved, add more honey if desired.

Can be stored in an airtight jar in your refrigerator
for up to two months.
Common dosages: Take 1 tsp. daily to boost the immune system/help prevent colds. For more acute situations, take up to 1 tsp per hour. Half dosage is recommended for small children.
