“You Got This” is a blend designed for those times when you are super-stressed and cannot focus. Eleuthero and Rhodiola are both adaptogens that can help your body to ramp up your immune and adrenal systems when you have a threat, either stress or a virus or bacteria or similar and can help to ramp down when the threat has passed. Skullcap and Passionflower are calming herbs and can be used to calm the mind and body down. Since Eleuthero is a stimulant, it is not suggested to take this tincture after 4 pm.
