We sell our sheep at a fixed price of $11 a pound hanging weight. Most lambs average between 40-50 lbs of meat. We do require a $400 deposit to reserve your full share. A $200 deposit is required for half shares. You choose the cuts you want and we will schedule you on the next processor date.
